Our plant is located at Village Kiravali, Panvel-Mumbra Road, Panvel, Maharashtra. Our facility is spread over an area of 1850 sq meter (of which 1000 sq. mtr. is covered) and its location makes it easily accessible by road.
The site has all the facilities available like skilled/semi-skilled labour, social infrastructure, basic infrastructure, availability of nearest substation of power and water, etc. We also have two D.G sets having capacity of 65 and 75 KW, respectively, to ensure the production is not affected by power-cuts.
We use branded equipment for production process and quality testing. We also have a spacious warehouse which is segregated into various units to store the products safely as per their type. These are regularly inspected by expert quality inspector so as to deliver right products at clients end. For loading/ unloading the consignment on vehicles, material handling equipment are used.
We are well equipped for timely, safe and reliable execution of turnkey jobs of heavy material handling with all latest machinery and strong and dedicated team of 50 persons having vast experience in this field.

Our service team has expertise and undertakes design and preparation of fabrication drawing for pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchanger, storage tanks, tall tower, etc. as per various international and national codes.
1. Material testing is based on Material SIZE, Heat Number & Visual Examination. 2. Microscopic and Macroscopic analysis of weld test coupon for in house welder qualification visual inspection as per applicable IS, ASME, API 650 standard catering to the requirement of in process quality control. 3. In house facility of water fills up &hydraulic testing at desired/rated pressure. The same control is also exercised through pneumatic testing at the required parameters. Dye penetrated test satisfy the need of visual inspection.
